White Belt One Steps

 

Note: all one steps start form "Joonbi" (ready) position

 

Number 1                    Step forward to a left front stance

Left high block

     Right punch to the body

     Left punch to the body

     Right punch to the face

       Double step back to a left fighting stance

 

 

Number 2       Pivot on right foot, left sidekick

       Left inner forearm block in a back stance

         Shift to a front stance, Right punch to the body

       Left punch to the face

         Double step back to a left fighting stance

 

 

Number 3     Step in with right foot to a back stance

     Right inward outer forearm block

     Right back fist

     Right turning kick to the head

     Right knife hand to the neck

       Double step back to a right fighting stance

 

 

Number 4        Left front kick

            Step to the side, Right turning kick to the body

        Right knife hand to the neck

            Pivot left around the left foot to a left fighting stance

 

 

Number 5         Left crescent kick

          Right sidekick

          Right knife hand to the neck

              Move front leg out to a front stance, Left punch to the face

              Pivot right to a left fighting stance

 

 

Number 6             Step forward to a left back stance

                Left inner forearm block

           Left front kick

              Shift to a front stance, Right punch to the face

              Shift to a back stance, Left sidekick to the body

              Step back to a left fighting stance

 

 

Number 7           Right crescent kick

           Left turning kick to the body

                      Right turning kick to the head

               Step back to a right fighting stance

 

 

Number 8           Right front kick

           Left sidekick to the body

           Right turning kick to the head

                Step back to a right fighting stance
