Lower Blue Belt One Steps
Note: These one steps are designed to be done with a
partner.
Students must learn both parts.
One Step #1
Part A
- Step back Right leg back fighting stance - Ki-Hup
- Slid right foot to left foot Left front snap kick
- Right round house kick to the head
- Come down with right foot forward Right knife hand to
neck
- Step back with right leg into front stance Right
lo-block and left middle block done at the same time
- Slid left foot back to form short L-stance Lo-block
with left hand
- Step back with right leg into front stance Left middle
block
Part B
- Step forward with left foot fighting stance
Ki-Hup
- Bring back left foot to form short L-stance
Lo-block with left hand
- Step back with left foot to front stance inside block
with right arm
- Do not move feet ridge hand block with right hand
(looks like a side block with open hand)
- Double roundhouse kick with left foot to the head
- Spinning back kick with right foot to the ribs
- Come down into a front stance with left leg back Spear
hand with left hand
One Step #2
Part A
- Step back Right leg back fighting stance Ki-Hup
- Slide right foot forward to left Shift weight to right
leg and throw a Hook Kick then Roundhouse without putting foot down.
- Put left foot down and throw Reverse spinning hook kick
with right leg
- Come down with Right leg forward L-stance Low section

- Dont move feet and throw high block open hand
- Skip back to avoid kick Left leg back fighting stance
Part B
- Step forward Left foot fighting stance Ki-Hup
- Slide back to avoid 1st kick
- Slide back again to avoid 2nd kick
- Throw Right leg front kick stepping forward followed by
Left punch to face
- Jumping reverse Cresent kick with right leg
One Step #3
Part A
- Step back right leg back fighting stance Ki-Hup
- Jumping left front kick - come down left leg forward
- Open hand Low block with left arm followed by right
hand parry
- Shift left out and throw right punch to the body
- Slid left leg back to L-stance and throw backfist to
temple
- Skip back right leg back fighting stance
- Move forward throwing a left reverse cresent kick
- Roundhouse kick with right left
- Spinning into Left reverse hookkick with roundhouse
without putting foot down
- Come down into right leg back fighting stance Ki-Hup
Part B
- Step forward with left foot fighting stance Ki-Hup
- Skip back into front leg back fighting stance to avoid
jump front kick
- Throw double roundhouse kick with right leg
- Do not put foot down and throw Reverse Cresent kick
- Jump spin back kick with right leg landing with right
leg in the back
- Skip back with right leg back fighting stance to avoid
kick
- Step back with left leg Right hand inside block
- Step back right leg back fighting stance Ki-Hup
