Belt One Steps
Green Belt #1
- Step forward with left
leg into front-stance while performing a right hand scoop block
- Turn 45 degrees to the
right into a horse stance while performing a left hand mid-section
punch followed by a right hand punch – performed in a fast motion.
- Execute a left hand
pressing block followed right ridge hand to the temple
- Left punch,
followed by a right punch to the mid-section
- Left reverse crescent
kick
- Right double round
house kick: low – high
- Step back with left
leg into fighting stance.
Green Belt #2
- Hands come up and throw
a left side kick
- Reverse spinning back
kick with right leg coming down in front stance right leg forward
- Right punch
to solar plexus
- Left punch
to head
- Step out to the right
side and throw double round house kick with left leg
- Spinning heel kick
with the right leg – land with right leg in the back
- Skip back right leg
back fighting stance
Green Belt #3
- Step up with left foot
to L stance, execute a double knife hand block
- Stepping into a front
stance grab opponent with your left hand and execute a knife hand
strike to the neck
- Pull left leg back, step
forward into L stance and execute a left punch to the midsection
- Double round house
kick with the left leg – low then
high
- Spinning heel kick
with the right leg – land with right leg in the back
- Skip back right leg
back fighting stance
Green Belt #4
- Hands come up – throw
left crescent kick.
- Without putting foot
down throw left front kick
- Punch with your right
hand to midsection, left punch to the head
- Right ridge hand
to the temple
- Hook kick with left
leg, followed by round house
kick without putting foot down
- Spinning hook kick
with right leg – land with right leg in the back
- Skip back fighting
stance with right leg back
