One Step #1
- Step forward with left foot into L-Stance and Double
Knife Hand block
- Do not move feet.- Left Backfist to the temple
- Shift into front stance – Right punch to solar
plexus
- Right Roundhouse kick to head
- Come down right leg forward - Right knife hand
strike to neck
- Step back into Left foot back fighting stance
Ki-Hup
One Step #2
- Step back into right leg back fighting stance
- Jump forward into Left Jumping Front Kick
- Come down into Double knife hand block –
right leg is back
- Do not move feet. – Left knife hand strike to the
neck
- Shift to front stance – Right Punch to solar plexus
- Step back into Right leg back fighting stance –
Ki-Hup
One Step #3
- Step forward with left foot Double knife hand block
- Do not move feet – Left knife hand strike to neck
- Do not move feet - Left backfist to temple
- Left side kick to ribs
- Spinning reverse back kick with right leg to ribs
- Come down with right leg forward – Right knife hand
strike to neck
- Step back to Left leg back fighting stance – Ki-Hup
One Step #4
- Hands come up – ready stance
- Left reverse Cresant kick
- Right sidekick to ribs
- Come down right leg forward - Right knife hand
strike to neck
- Shift out front stance – Right punch to solar
plexus
- Step back to Left leg back fighting stance - Ki-Hup
