Tigers

                     

We build character one punch and kick at a time.

 

    The Tigers program is a program designed for kids from 7 to 12 years of age. The Tigers program is taught by qualified black belt instructors who help your child develop keen athletic abilities, self-awareness and respect. But, most importantly, we make sure your child is having FUN!. Coming to class is enjoyable because we teach such things as kicking, punching, forms, basic patterns and moves, board breaking, blocking and striking along with flexibility, balance and capabilities in self-defense. Our belt system and ranking allow the child to focus on short and long term goals that increase confidence, as well as becoming role models for the new students as they advance.

Adults

 

                    

                            

 

    The Adult program is a program designed for adult beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. The Adult program is designed for all ages from teenagers to grandparents. Qualified black belt instructors structure specific programs that allow all students to gain flexibility, strength, balance and stamina as well as self confidence and self awareness. Students feel a sense of accomplishment and success as our ranking systems allows them to work at their own pace and set their own personal short and long term goals.

                 

 

 

 

 

 

Sparring

 

 

The sparring program is designed to teach students basic and advanced fighting techniques used for tournament competition. Safety is the number one rule as students participate and engage in light to medium contact under the supervision of highly qualified black belt instructors. All students are required to wear full body protection including mouthpiece, cup, head gear, and chest protector as well as padding on their hands and feet. Advanced conditioning and strength techniques along with specific fighting skills provide the student a good balance of confidence and self-respect.

Cardio-Kick

 

 

Cardiokick is an innovative and intense workout, which consists of basic techniques found in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. Choreographed to dynamic movements, Cardiokick provides upper and lower body strengthening by combining punches with variations of kicks, footwork and coordination drills. Lose weight! Gain strength!
