Green belt #5
- Stepping forward with
right leg throw a right hand double forearm block
- Front kick
with left leg
- Right punch
to the face followed by left punch to the face
- Left side
kick followed by left round house without putting foot down
- Hop forward with left
leg and execute a left back fist to the face
- Step back with right
leg back fighting stance
Green Belt #6
- Step out 45 degrees with
left leg into riding stance and execute a left palm pressing
block
- Right midsection
punch then left midsection punch
- Shift stance to front
stance with left leg and throw a hook punch to the body
- Grap opponents shoulder
and execute a right knee to the midsection
- Sweep
opponents right leg and throw to the ground followed by a right punch
to the face when he is on the ground.
- Step back fighting
stance with right leg back
Green Belt # 7
- Right leg forward into
front stance while executing a left hooking block
- Grasp wrist with hook
block and throw a left side kick to the knee
- Without putting foot
down throw a left round house kick to the ribs
- Step down then throw a
right round house kick to the head
- Step down into L stance
– right leg forward – execute a right knife hand strike to the neck
- Shift to front stance –
grab shoulder – and execute a left upset punch to the ribs.
- Step back with right
leg back fighting stance.

- Throw a right
crescent kick to the midsection
- Keep spinning and throw
a left spinning hook kick to the head come down with left leg forward
and throw a left punch to the head
- Left double
roundhouse kick mid section – high
section
- Jumping front kick
with right leg
- Step back with left
leg fighting stance.
