One Step #5
- Step forward with Left foot – L-Stance - Left hand
inside block
- Do not move feet – Left backfist to temple
- Shift out to front stance – Right punch then
Left punch to solar plexus
- Left sidekick to ribs
- Turn and spin into Reverse spinning Cresant kick
with right leg
- Step back into Right leg back fighting stance –
Ki-Hup
One Step #6
- Step forward left foot front stance – Left open hand
hi-block
- Do not move feet – Spear hand strike with right hand
– Left hand under elbow
- Left sidekick to the ribs
- Right roundhouse kick to the temple
- Spinning reverse Cresant kick with the left leg
- Step back into Left leg back fighting stance – Ki-Hup
One Step #7
- Step forward with left foot L-stance – Double knife
hand block
- Grab opponents arm with left hand
- Shift out into front stance – Right elbow to temple
- Hook right hand around back of opponents head and pull
down bringing the Right knee up into the body.
- Chopping left hand knife hand strike to back of
neck - opponent bent over
- Step back Right leg back fighting stance – Ki-Hup
One Step #8
- Step forward right foot – Left hand pressing block
at chest – Right spear hand to throat
- Right reverse Cresant kick to head
- Left roundhouse kick to temple
- Come down with left foot forward – Left knife hand
strike to neck
- Step back Right leg back fighting stance – Ki-Hup
